Success Partnership
The data-driven work of the partnership is fueled by the passion and understanding that “Education is a Shared Responsibility,” and change happens when using a collective impact approach. We aim to do our work together, rather than in isolation, to create new possibilities in education. When we leverage our combined resources, strengths, and professional experiences, the entire community wins. Investing in education from pregnancy until the individual enters the workforce is key to empowering and uplifting the individual and our community.

Capacity Building
We want our fellow nonprofits to be as effective as possible, by maintaining financial stability, managing high-quality programs, and getting connected with the tools and resources to sustain their organizations. We support our nonprofit partners by strengthening the entire system of nonprofit services, so they can continue doing their crucial, direct, on the ground, service work.
Ngage partnered with United Way of Southwest New Mexico, the Las Cruces Green Chamber of Commerce, and the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico to create the Southern New Mexico Nonprofits Rolling Together Coalition. The coalition has hosted conferences and workshops to build the capacity of local nonprofits.
